I received the power fit machine two days ago and just went to use it and No Sooner than I Plugged it into the Power & turn it on Smoke started to come out of the machine with these popping noises. I unplugged it immediately and contacted you straight away.
What are the return procedure and as this is not my fault who pays for the logistics of returning the item to them.
I haven’t received any response from the vendor yet so please wait to be advised.
