I was waitting for the ítem yesterday since feb 14, there is no info on that tracking number, Just created the shipping label but never ship out the item.

I'm sorry not sure what had happened at the post office once i toke it there, I do know I had shipped it same or next day as per all parcels I send. Instead of just leaving negative feedback and being negative overall at any point in time you could have messaged me instead to let me know you never received it, and I would have sent a replacement free of charge or refunded you which I did no fuss at all. Again, not sure what happened negative feedback is unnecessary. Parcels get lost it happens..
