Part came quickly and arrived undamaged - even from UK or China. I believe they were packaged to save weight/size, fit better on the pallet, whatever, but it was a first - the 2-boxed filters were encased in plastic wrap then the whole of it was directly taped with brown shipping tape and the address label applied.
