I threw away 2 months and had to buy from another supplier. If there are problems, you have to communicate to the customer immediately, not after 2 months of waiting! They repaid the full amount, never again from them. I have never ordered anything on eBay that was shipped and arrived as quickly as this item. The item is reconditioned however it looks almost brand new. I would highly recommend doing business with this seller. I hope to do continued business in the future. This radio will be a great replacement for my BMW.
