    bad ebayer, just a scam, paid Oct 20, buyer created a shipping label Oct 22, est arrival by 7 Nov, mid Nov i asked seller about product, he lied about shipping, ebay gave him til 2 Dec to respond, which he still hasn't, ups is yet to receive package. Looks like a charge back is the only option

    Shipped 22 Oct with full UPS/RM tracking — inconvenient, I know, when the facts don’t match your “scam” story. A customs delay isn’t “lying about shipping”, it’s just how international post works. You were given tracking, updates and even a resend/refund offer. Claiming we “never responded” is fiction; the parcel and the messages both exist. Your review says more about your attitude than our service.

    Happy with product although the fittings could have been contained in an envelope or bag and not loose in the box. Fortunately they were all there even though the Post Office had to tape the box because of a hole in it. Delivery time good. Thanks
