After this not happening, I reached out and was told it would be shipped by the end of the week, it wasn't. I then reached out the next week and was told it would be shipped on Tuesday (Mon was holiday) and was given a tracking number. After several days with no tracking, I reached back out and the item finally was received by USPS on Saturday, so 12 days later. Repair quality was garbage.
