After two weeks, The tracking number provided seemed to indicate that the item was never shipped. When I finally contacted them, The seller quickly provided a complete refund, but this was not a glowing experience. From all of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I’ll assume that this was just one of those things that happens sometimes, and not an indication of poor business practices.
