    Terrible experience. Posted it the day after it was supposed to arrive. Supposed to be sent by Evri tracked - but no tracking details provided. No communications or apologies for delays. Disk still didn't arrive, so I raised a ticket to query it. I ticked "I still want it" option and did not choose the refund option. Still no comms or apology from the seller - but I've just seen that he has cancelled my order! So the "posted" status was fake and untrue. Total lack of respect of my time

    You did not have a terrible experience at all. I operate an automatic refund policy for ANY open case made against me. You did not contact me in a message like every other person but instead went straight to raising a case, hence the refund. I have actually posted the unit but thankfully I managed to redirect due to you raising a case. If you still wanted it you could have just messaged me instead of going straight to eBay. You received a refund instantly due to you issue but get angry.

    Seller is making personal insults to anyone leaving negatives - all are about late or no delivery and poor or no seller comms. In my case if it was really posted, why cancel the order against my wishes and then miraculously find the parcel somewhere in the Evri network and get it sent back to their business - totally unbelievable. Sending the tracking details would have been much easier and be better customer service for their business. But it was never posted so they just lied and insulted.
