    Return process was unnecessarily difficult. I did the courtesy of contacting the seller to work it out first. I told them I received a computer fan that was shorting my system and I tried to troubleshoot it and it wasn’t working. They told me that’s weird because fans usually don’t have defects. Ok. They told me to just file a return request. I filed it and they didn’t respond to it for over a week until it required a formal dispute in order to resolve.
