    Exactly as described and worked flawlessly! Bought a 2nd one today for my other identical fan... As the description states, this also replaces the ZE 208S6 model. That's what was in my fan, and this was the perfect solution to pair with a new capacitor. The common issue with these is the total break-off of the grooved section where the brass chain mechanism attaches. (I wish the manufacture would come up with a better design for that).
