Product shipped quickly BUTPart design is very poor. If mounted as designed, ears will fold BACK about a quarter inch, and then the rack holes are pushed too far out for alignment. Octacapture has NON-Removable front bezel that pushes front edge of mounts at an angle away from the front of the OctaCapture. Also vertical alignment is off. Combined unit then takes up two rack spaces an it sits about 1/8 inch low.I am asking for a refund because of the poor design.
