Not in original packaging and very minor blemishes. It appears to be in excellent condition, but not NEW Not sure if it was a good price or not. I had limited my search only to NEW ones, expecting to get it in original packaging. This had seemed like a good price, but I did not research "New other", "Pre-owned - excellent", etc I had no direct interaction with seller, positive or negativeReply from: renu4ushop- Feedback replied by seller renu4ushop.- Feedback replied by seller renu4ushop.WOW, cannot believe these comments. All of the Instant Pot inner pots my company sells are NEW. They are removed from complete freight damage liquidation units. Oh well, this buyer is really unreal.
