The gramophone was delivered to an address other than my own - which was not the fault of the seller. The address was correct - bad delivery person. The package - had been opened and a part (the crank) was missing. When I attempted to get help to replace the missing part - the seller informed me that all parts were in the box and I needed to look harder. I would have sent it back to them - but, it was cost prohibitive - and it was purchased for looks anyway.
