The contacts list, call log and voicemail were not erased prior to sale Personal information was compromised. Two of the handsets had alkaline batteries installed - contrary to warning labels on the handsets. The alkaline batteries leaked acid into the phone, which I had to clean. Fortunately, the printed circuit boards were not damaged and the handsets function properly. The handsets and base units were shipped in bubble wrap & boxed.
