These are not real pans. They are cheaper copies of the real thing. There's additional import fees of £75 that were not disclosed on the advert. Which makes it expensive for what it is. They do have promt communication, although did get quite personal when I queried the import fees. The do have fast delivery also. I wouldn't use this seller again.

Small problem with lid damaged in transit and item presumably missed at packing by manufacture. Seller went above and beyond to resolve obtaining replacements and forwarding ASAP. Product is of very good quality and highly recommended. Would also highly recommend the the seller. Constant good updates on progress ** Be aware is supplied from Italy and is subject to UK import duty and VAT which have to be paid to carriers (circa £75) **
