The "new" item came damaged. DNA motoring suggested that a partial refund without the return would be best. I insisted that a full refund would be necessary. The seller then sent me their address, without a return label, expecting that I'd pay for shipping. I once again insisted that a full refund was necessary, including the cost of shipping (THE ITEM CAME DAMAGED). After returning via their label, they deducted 5% from the return. AVOID THIS SELLER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
