The item (Catan 25th Edition Board Game) was describe as sealed/brand new. The item we received was not sealed, plastic was ripped open on one entire end of the game box and three corners were smashed, one significantly damaged. See attached photos. We contacted the seller immediately upon receipt of the package and have had zero communication back. We would like a refund or a replacement that is not broken. Additionally the item came in a large box but wrapped in a previous return mailer.
