The item was as promised. Delivery took some time, but as it was coming from Japan that was expected. The only problem that I had was communications. I kept going back to the My Purchases page to check the shipping status, which the seller never updated. Once the expected delivery date arrived and I still did not receive any indicator that shipping had actually taken place, I sent the seller a note asking for a status update. They did reply at that point that the item had shipped, but not when.

The unit is good and works well but unlike the one pictured mine had different decals on the side and that is very disappointing as the SlimBoy decal is much better and the listing did not say this would be different. Unable to contact seller because Ebay does not provide a method to contact them after shipping.

Outrageous experience. I left a note attached to transaction that I don't accept FedEx deliveries. The seller posted the item by FedEx in defiance of my instructions. I didnt accept the parcel and didn't give my name to the FedEx driver. I don't have the parcel yet is it reported as delivered. Poor communication, awful service. I have no item yet have all the stress of proving the negative...that I didnt receive it
