The length of the dipstick is not the correct length for my vehicle. I wish the seller will allow buyers to specify the exact length that is needed for custom fit. It’s not recommended that the length be cut because I would risk dropping the dipstick inside the tubing if the top part is cut. If I cut the lower part then an accurate measurement is not guaranteed because the string part may not seat straight in the pan to measure fluid level properly.
