The book is in very good condition except for the spine of the book. The spine is bent and smashed and it looks like it happened during shipping. The book was mailed in a thin plastic mailing bag, so I'm surprised it didn't arrive more messed up to be honest! It also took me 2 weeks to receive this item. 🤷🏻♀️

This specific book (You’ve Reached Sam) came in excellent condition as described. The packaging wasn’t the best but it survived the travel unlike the other one.

The shipping was longer than I'm used to; but when USPS said "Item Delivered", and that wasn't the case, when I reached put to Customer Service. Not much they could do, sonce we both had the same message. But they stayed in touch to try to find a way to care for their customer. That is priceless contact in a world where customers aren't valued. THANKS for great Customer Service!
