    After shipping the generator had several parts broken but after talking to seller they sent parts. 1st time they sent wrong parts but quickly resent out the parts I needed. Frame is bent some but I can live with it and seller went out of their way to send parts. I bought a 2nd smaller generator and it showed up in perfect shape. If seller decided to use more than a cardboard box to ship in and did some protective packaging they would be amazing to buy from There customer service is great tho

    Item was shipped with the wrong propane hose the propane hose they did ship was broken it took several calls to get somebody to send me a new propane hose it was shipped promptly and it was shipped well packaged and now that I have the hose it seems to be working fine Quality control prior to shipment is an issue but they resolved that and the product seems to be functioning fine the price I paid was very reasonable it appeared to be brand new I would purchase from this seller again
