unit came in well packed, is brand new not a used or refurbished device, had issues with the AC power adapter , the cord is far too short only being a foot long, also makes buzzing noises when plugged in, is no surprise as there all made in the same factory in china so to be expected i replaced the adapter with a more reputable quality and correct polarity. works fantastic doing load tests on prototypes boards im working on so far.
