Take my advice and wrap a thin piece of strong twine in the recess, feed this through the recepter hole then Clamp Hard with 6" steel round ended G clamp. leave for several hours, thine pull the twine back and out to ensure the lip has caught the edge of the metal. Then try and get the tank on.
