    Majority of the cards came scratched and the venusaur has a massive dent in the back. Wouldn’t say they were ‘lightly played’ or ‘excellent’ condition at all. Took a while to post too but they did arrive fairly quick after they were sent. Seller offered me $10 refund which would’ve been fine had the main issue not being on a £100 card.

    The cards came from Japan with zero protection and bent. The package was just paper and no bubble wrap or cardboard to protect it. They were very bent and that was not even the worst part of the order. There was food on the cards. Were you eating while packaging this order? You dropped noodles on the cards. This is pretty gross and something I have never dealt with before. on top of everything else. The cards had what looked like fingernail marks on some of them. What happened here?
