I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our product or its packaging.I can assure you the capsules were inside the clear sealing bag(not loose in the envelope).Did you receive the envelope as it shows on the photo? Please confirm.If so, I will need to get in touch with The RM and complain.We make all our products fresh when they are ordered and pack them flat to minimise the cost for customers.That is not to say, they are not safe or we scam people.I offered a refund on returned item.
