    DISSAPOINTING! Not at ALL as described. Missing 2GB RAM, had smaller HDD (250 not 500) no Wi-Fi dongle. Messaged seller w/screenshots & concerns & was met with lack of accountability, not addressing the HDD, & not replying back further to messages. Seller did say they would send more RAM & wi-fi but has yet to send. Took AGES to ship (made up for by bigger screen size). The money I've spent to upgrade to as described could have bought something nicer, but not worth the hassle of returning. :(

    So confused by this feedback. This machine was an i5 quad, so it is a nice machine. We did ship out a replacment wifi dongle and extra ram chip. I just assumed you already received it. I will have to check the tracking number. Message us next time, i can check
