    Well the item is fine and it finally arrived but it is the wrong item and I don't see that as my fault; that is I purchased a three speed SRAM grip shift and you can see that on the web site where it shows up painted on the body 1 - 2 - 3 but when I twist it to go through the speeds there are NOT 3, there are 7 (seven) ! 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 -5 - 6 - 7 I am confused because it seems like the guts of a 3-speed was swapped with a 7-speed and that is just nuts.

    No communication whatsoever from buyer. We have sold hundreds of these SRAM shifters over the years. I have absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Definitely operator error!
