I reached out to the seller and she stated that she needed time for a claim to be submitted. I did advise the seller that I have 5 large dogs and I worked, so I needed this resolved rather quickly. I was sent a return label, but the seller has not responded to me since the item was returned. I contacted eBay today for help and was able to have them close the claim and issue a full refund for the item
