- 5***5 (772)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseExcellent seller. The book arrived as described. Fast shipping . The book wasn't packaged very well since it was only in a flimsy plastic bag so the books arrived ripped and slightly damaged in transit unfortunately. The slipcover was worn but acceptable the book was mostly in good quality condition. Price wise good value. The packaging could definitely could do with improving especially if ordering multiple books or heavy books.Excellent communication during transit. Highly recommended A***

- 4***4 (675)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseActually I received an incomplete order from WoB ( only 1 CD of a double CD). I advised the vendor and their customer support team immediately responded. They sent a replacement CD of my choice, which arrived within 48 hours. The replacement was exactly as described & photographed, was adequately packaged & sent free-of-charge. In any business, occasionally things can go awry. The hallmark of a sound enterprise is how they handle such mishaps. This experience earns WoB 10/10! Impressive.
