The shipping of the product however leaves a lot to be desired ! The complete wheel & shaft was inside a box without any packing materials at all. Consequently the wheel and the winding handle had punctured the box in several places and had almost 'escaped' ! The package was so distressed that the delivery driver was ashamed of its condition,explaining that it arrived at her depot in that state.
