    Item arrived and was as described, appreciated. Minor critique in that the laptop was sent in packing peanuts in a box with no bubble wrap or anything, if it had been bashed about more in transit it would have been destroyed. Would recommend a bit more packing in future, but to give it it's due it did arrive without any noticeable damage. Apart from that minor issue, laptop is spot on.

    I’ve been selling on eBay for 25 years and have always used the same packaging process. This method has kept every item safe during transit. However, I’ve also learned that you can’t please every customer all the time.     Appears to be a genuine new Lenovo keyboard, arrived promptly, fitted in laptop and works. Not the exact part number that was in the listing title, but a compatible Lenovo part (Lenovo says it fits T570 and P51s, but T580 is compatible). Arrived properly packed in a Lenovo box but the box has a different part number (crossed out) for a German layout keyboard. The keyboard itself is UK layout and backlit, which is the correct one that was ordered. Came with a new rubber TrackPoint cap attached.
