I ordered an HP computer, but the loose item was a DELL mouse and dongle. Ran the serial # though HP website only 9 months left on warranty. Contacted the seller and stated the HP keyboard would not work with the DELL mouse dongle. I was at least expecting a new keyboard and mouse, They stated how sorry they were, but did absolutely nothing!
