There customer service is pretty much none existent, there shipping is by far the worst you will ever experience, and they only care about taking your money. One little detail I had was that even with all the foam cushioning in the box the fan still broke off the shroud- thanks Fedex. Customer service wasted no time in getting me new brackets.
