And, it also offers 1080p up-conversion from any DVD to HD quality with use of an HDMI cable that gives a perfect view on HDTV. It features progressive scan video out, five speeds for up to 6 hours of recording, 4-head hi-fi stereo, with HDMI output that provides a cable connection not to mess up with too many cables being able to transfer full HD 1080p contents with great sound quality and also converts standard SD quality DVDs to 1080p HD quality. It offers a parental control over children as well having capability to lock channels. And, there is multi-lingual speech in English, French and Spanish that can be selected as required. For convenience it allows parental locking for child protection and has on-screen display languages other than English.
