    The quality of the way they packaged my cue for shipping was far superior than any other seller I have bought from. The Cue appearance was exactly as described and they even through in a freebie, a tip shaper, which was a nice surprise. But I can't say enough about the way they packaged my order, making sure everything was wrapped up so nothing would move or touch during shipping, even to the point of using bubble wrap. That box could be dropped out the back of a moving truck & still been fine.
