      This buyer is great and speedy with communication. I ordered a very expensive putter and when I received it, it had slight damage due to shipping once I investigated a little more. It was a mallet and has very jagged edges and due to the mishandling of the shipping company pierced the box. The seller was very understanding and offered my refund immediately.       The club was as described and arrived undamaged - although it looks like it had quite the journey over from the states! - the packaging managed to protect the item despite the best efforts of those delivering it. Slightly disappointed that I had to pay just over £70 customs charges before receiving the item but I guess this is hard to estimate/add onto the price? In any event still a great value for money item which I'm delighted with.
