    The item I bought was priced very fairly -the iPod arrived exactly as described - it was well packaged and arrived in good condition - the iPod was brand new, just as the item was described - I didn't do enough research and found out that this version of the iPod would not work for me - I reached out to the seller and promptly received a reply - the seller was willing to meet me halfway on my request for a refund - I can't ask for more - thank you for your help

    Purchased as a gift so I never opened to examine the contents. Came from China so took a bit longer but not bad. The packaging looked genuine and was sealed, just like off the shelf. Great value considering a used 120mb was selling for almost $200 and thus was 1TB! Very quick responses and excellent communication.

    NOT "new" at all. Had third party software installed on it. Sent back for an exchange at my expense and once the item was received, the seller was constantly "away from the office until...". Sent me a tracking number but it was for the return I sent him, not the exchange. Reading comments, I'm not the first person he's done this to. I hope he understands what wire fraud is and the punishments that go with it. Opened a claim with VISA and that should start to make things right.
