    Seller described the item as new in box. Upon receipt, I discovered remote was not included, and the items box appeared to be resealed. I tried contacting the seller. They confirmed the missing piece could be sent. I have not received any further communication from the seller since, nor have I received the missing price. I would not recommend buying from this seller because of poor communication.

    This is the worst seller I’ve ever dealt with. They cited a tornado as being the problem but when I asked for a refund they rejected it but then told me they would ship the item or give me a refund the next day. I heard nothing more from them after that. I had to go through eBay dispute to get it back a second time. At the beginning I waited a good deal of time for it to ship when I reached out they said they’d ship the next day but never did and why I’m am leaving this scathing review.
