    Paid for express shipping ($15), but it was sent via padded envelope with a $2.20 stamp on it. No refund for difference was offered. Instead when questioned, the seller said " the card was priced very cheap"... which is totally irrelevant as he accepted the offer and the shipping was separate charge on the transaction. Also, the tracking number originally provided was incorrect, but this was fixed quickly once questioned.
