On Oct 13th tracking still showed only label created, not even received by delivery service yet. At sellers request filed for 'item not received'. Seller gave FULL REFUND immediately. Item did finally arrive on Oct 20th. Seller had great communication and was reasonable and easy to deal with. The courier service they use to get the item from them to the delivery service is extremely slow and makes it look like item was never shipped.

When I asked why it took so long to get it, the reply was the seller had to wait for one to be made for me by the manufacturer before they could ship it out.. Haha. That is lame. I believe it had to come from their global store in China, then shipped to me after they received it. I believe this seller is full of lame excuses.
