    Bulbs arrived smashed in the carton. Packed with 1 layer of bubble wrap around the carton, but nothing inside around the bulb. Sent pictures of smashed boxes in bulbs, seller wanted pictures out of box to confirm damage. I sent pictures of piles of glass in front of each box. One bulb the glass was intact, but the filament was broken off inside. The seller wanted me to test it to see if it worked??? I refused and requested a refund.
