Ebay is never favorable to a buyer who has a package marked as delivered but I opened up a case anyway. So I'm out $20 for a puzzle that keeps this disabled/elderly woman engaged in an activity. Seller really has shown no interest in helping, so I guess it's really all about the money and what human factor people have/don't have living in this country today. Everyone is out for themselves and the heck with anyone else.
