    There were some unexpected complications with shipping, however they were able to quickly get it resolved. The item I ordered was as described however was too large for the space designated for it, (my fault) and they were willing to let me return it even though they don't usually accept returns. Unfortunately the shipping charges weren't worth it, so I will be keeping the item and using it elsewhere. Overall good experience and good value for the price.
