Looks to be a solid unit; mind you it's on the heavy side and adding the battery (not included) will make your rig suitable for tripod use only - which I do most of the time anyway. Check your HDMI out on your camera; the supplied cord didn't fit mine and had to order a third-party piece. Fast shipping, fair price. Excellent buying experience. +++
