A very rare skirt-suit set from Vogue's 'Designer Originals' collaboration with Christian Dior. This suit is made of a chunky boucle in a black and white knit, making it lean toward gray. The fabric is also striped/ribbed with very faint hints of color within the ribbing.The set is fully lined in purple satin fabric with Christian Dior's signature 'CD' monogram pattern. The interior label does not state Christian Dior, however, only 'Vogue Designer Originals'. Marked as a size 7. Jacket is slightly cropped and oversized, with two button closures along the bottom hem. The collar of the jacket is a deep red, rich velvet. The sleeves of the jacket are slightly puffy, with a solid black button closure at each wrist.The skirt is done in a wrap-style with pockets at each hip. The skirt has two buttons for closure. The fabric on each is medium to heavy weight. No fabric content indication is present.”
