    Great Communication! I purchased this and another cat frame from this seller and although my BINs required immediate payment (which included shipping for EACH frame), the seller quickly reimbursed the overpayment in shipping. I have to say, though, that I'm disappointed that I didn't notice from the second photo that the frame is slightly damaged. I always wish sellers would write these things in the description because it's not always easy to tell from a small photo when there is damage.
