    This seller is a scammer, please be aware! I purchased a Massimo Dutti suede jacket and what I received was a joke - Chinese branded polyester jacket, nothing like the photos. The seller was asking that I send the item back to China with the $9.95 he provided for the shipping. I had to jump through hoops and contact eBay several times so I can finally be refunded. Do not buy from this seller!

    I ordered US size 7 flats and received EU size 38, which is actually US size 7.5. The correct conversion would be EU size 37.5. Unfortunately, the seller believes an EU 38 is the correct conversion. At the time of ordering, I myself did not know EU sizing and didn’t catch the seller’s error. Further, clicking on “contact seller”, did not allow me to message the seller after receiving the shoes. I like the shoes but they are too big.
