They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
