Probably the best seller i’ve ever dealt with on ebay and shopping in general. I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

First drive I received was locked and I wasn’t able to use it. I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Will be buying my drives from here forward.

This looks like a very good product and the seller was very helpful by answering some questions. It was not put in a box. Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
