I contacted the seller who simply asked for a bit more detail (reasonable). I explained I was using an OEM charger and that the other battery charged just fine. I offered to send the bad battery back but they graciously said that wasn’t necessary and shipped me another one for free! Incredible customer service, especially considering the batteries were 1/2 the cost of any others I found!
