HE ONLY REFUNDED HALF OF COST WHICH WAS ONLY HALF OF THE LARGE AMT. PAID. DONOT BUY BUY FROM THIS MAN. IF IT WAS INSURED HE COLLECTED TWICE. I OPENED AN EBAY REFUND REQUEST. PLEASE DONOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!!
